"My family of four enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was refreshing and used often. The location is convenient to Venice and Englewood Beaches. Amy and Rick were just a phone call away. We did not experience any problems. Welcome snacks and a bottle of Wine was left for us. Easy check in and check out. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. "

"This home was perfect for our family of four. Very clean, cozy and comfortable. All the amenities one would need for the beach and a night in. Perfect location for quick access to stores, dining, and whatever beach you decide to go to. Host was quick to answer any questions we had and even checked in during our stay. Would highly recommend! If we come back to Venice we would stay again! "

"A disappointing experience. Property had not been cleaned upon our arrival. Neighbors using pool area (Unauthorized use). After cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and mopping the floors we moved into a very dated house in a marginal neighborhood. Kitchen was reasonably equipped but coffee maker was unusable so we purchased one at Walmart for our stay. Host was contacted and insisted that the house had been cleaned but ultimately refunded the cleaning deposit. Host was also advised that propane tank for grill was empty. Host insisted tank had propane in it. It did not so was unable to use the grill during our stay. We left 2 days early due to dissatisfaction. Lesson learned. "

"Kathy and Jerry are very nice and welcoming. They do a very good job as host. Communicating was easy and very good. Everything is as advertised and is very close to all the amenities you could want. We had a lot of fun hunting shark teeth and will come back and stay with Kathy and Jerry again!"

"We booked this location on a whim, weren't sure quite what we were getting into. It's a BnB, but has 4 rooms in one building all with private baths and a shared eating area / lanai / pool / outdoor kitchen / firepit. All are immaculate. Monique and Leon were consummate hosts - kind, caring and warm. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, shark tooth sifters for our use. I would HIGHLY recommend this property under current ownership. They are wonderful people. Unfortunately the property is for sale and the new owners dedication and capabilities TBD. If you are considering a stay in the next few months you will be fine. "

"Our family of four had an excellent stay at this condo in mid-March for a long weekend. We came for Braves Spring training games, but also wanted to be close to the beach and the location was perfectly central - under 20 minutes to CoolToday Park and minutes to numerous beaches on Manasota Key. Also about 10 minutes to Target, Walmart, and Publix.The condo was very clean; the kitchen was well stocked; there were plenty of bathroom towels; the decor was tasteful. The pool was fantastic; we especially loved the chairs on the pool shelf. There were some pool floats and beach accessories including a small cooler which was really helpful since we flew. Jim was responsive to any inquiries. He provides a helpful notebook with recommendations on local attractions, beaches (we found 87 shark teeth!), and restaurants (check our Farlow's). Would stay here again!"
