"This was a wonderful location and the owner was nice communicative. The place was super clean with the exception of some kitchen items perhaps an oversight because we were the first to rent here. Definitely needs window treatments on the bedroom and bathroom windows but we think this will quickly become a favorite spot for vacationers. "

In a great neighborhood close to Dearborn Street and grocery stores. Only a 10 min drive to the beach. The Beds are super comfortable. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!"

There is a keurig for coffee but if you don't use that kind of coffee then you're out of luck there.A/C works well plus 2 ceiling fans and a floor fan.our room was like an ice box. We used the beach chairs and the kayaks and life vests. The game room is fun as well: ping pong, fooz ball, mini golf put, and more. The pool is heated! The grounds were very natural.loved it here. We had a deck with a view of the sea."

"The view from the wrap around deck, and from the living room and bedroom was fantastic! Right on the beach. You can view the best sunsets ever. The kitchen is stocked with most what you need for preparing meals. The extra “guest room” was a very special touch. Added privacy. The decor is comfortable throughout. The area was hit by a hurricane a few years ago, and there is a lot of work being done on homes and yards up and down the key. Andrew was responsive with any issue I had."
