"The floors were dirty. Vent for AC in 2nd bedroom was covered up. Need more counter space in bathroom. Would be nice to have a detachable shower head instead of a fixed. Wasn’t aware that it would be multiple renters in one house. Bathroom Vanity drawer broke. Killed 2 Palmetto bugs in the living room. 1 had gotten on my girlfriend. Very upset !"

"Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, surrounded by live oak trees. Very tranquil and very quiet. Only a few minutes from everything. Kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked! That was great. The host left a snack basket and some beverages for me also. Overall, I loved this house and would go back again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In fact, we wish we had stayed longer rather than traveling to a different location after only three nights! We had a little setback with the pool on arrival, and the owner was quick to respond and we were swimming the next morning!The house is immaculate, and well appointed, and the neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. The shops and restaurants on Dearborn are charming and fun, and only a short walk away. The beaches are only a short drive. If back in the area I would definitely stay here again!"

"Tiki on the Bay is a small resort by very nice house and very clean. Quite area during spring break which was nice. Hosts Calvin & Mary were very nice. Pool also very nice & clean. We happened to be there during construction time of repairs to other beach houses being done from hurricane damage last year. But Calvin & Mary and other owners at the resort where very courteous to us and made sure we were taken care of and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful and stunning sunsets each evening looking across Lemon Bay over to Manasota Key. Great restaurants & shopping in the area. Landscapers were also there and fixed up the beach area and planted new flower beds at each Beach house. Done very nice. Will come back in the future to see all of the progress. "
