An inviting queen bed and an additional single bed for a third guest. Bedside wardrobes, a dedicated vanity/desk, and a modern bathroom complete the space, creating a calm retreat designed for comfort and ease. Outside offers a terrace to kick back and relax.

Nestled along the Pacific coast in the Guanacaste province, “Coco,” as the locals call it, offers the perfect mix of convenience and adventure—just 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport. This charming town is located near national parks and secluded beaches, Playas del Coco is the ultimate gateway to immerse yourself in the Pura Vida lifestyle.

Coco Garden Suites is located on two levels and offers ramp accessibility to the first level and pool.

Playa del Coco is relatively flat and easy to get around, it's a short walk to the beach and to town. Some prefer to rent a car or a golf cart in order to explore the area and other beaches a little more.

Coco Garden Suites is located in a safe, quiet neighbourhood.

All guests share the onsite pool, garden area and 2 laundry sets. Each unit has its own propane BBQ.

The pool and all of the pool and garden furniture is shared with the guests in the other units. Please don't reserve a lounger or table if you plan to be away from the pool for an extended perod of time.

Pets are not permitted due to allergies.

- We do not charge a Damage or Security Deposit. Guests are responsible for any damages to the condo or yard during their stay.

One of the best parts of staying in Las Palmas is how easy everything is. You're just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafés, and local shops—no car required. The area is flat, safe, and perfect for morning strolls or sunset walks.

Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive if you'd rather ride, and bikes, scooters, or golf carts are popular for getting around town. A car is optional, but handy if you plan to explore nearby beaches or day trips beyond Playas del Coco. We have free parking out front.
