"The room was clean and comfortable. However the room was fairly small. The AC worked well and was quiet. The Nespresso was a nice touch but a pot of drip coffee works just fine for me. Just pour and go in seconds. There was always a line up in the morning because 1 of the 2 Nespresso machines was down. The adjacent bakery is amazing. Laundry was handy particularly with the live status app. Subway station is right below. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again."

"I got the Grand Japanese Room traveling with my daughter and niece, both whom are young adults. Very spacious with plenty of room to stow your luggage away as well as get to it when needed. This is the only place along our travels through the “big 3” cities that we actually planned for doing dinner in the room because of the table and seatings they had. Laundry on site and very close to the train line as well as bus. There is also a Fresco supermarket that’s around the corner open 24/7."
