"Not a great experience which I fedback but the staff member was uninterested. First room - main lights did not work. Quick change to an alternative room which was great but the second room had something wrong with the fan so it made the bathroom smell awfully of cigarette smoke. I didn't realise until I used the bathroom in the middle of the night so I reported the issue in the morning expecting the reception staff to take details to send maintenance but he was very uninterested and just told me to ensure I asked not to be in that room when I come back after a few days. I'm due to stay there again - hopefully a better experience the second time. Special mention for the concierge service though who were amazing both on the night of check-in and the morning of checkout - could not fault them and their help."

"Staff at front desk were very pleasant. Breakfast staff were also very nice but were not able to provide much info about food ingredients for food allergy purposes. The room seemed clean. The sofa bed was not. Cushions dirty. It was also very uncomfortable to sleep in. The hotel overall did not seem clean. Not worth the cost."

"It was clean and cozy. Only issue was the people upstairs started getting very active around 11pm until 2:30am each night. We were there for 3 nights and the heavy walking and noise took place during those hours each night. "

"Affordable last minute option. Very, very pleased with the accommodation. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Clean room and they provided towels and toiletries. Took the room with a private bathroom for an additional fee. Very friendly and amiable hosts. Highly recommended."

"Stains on bed sheets, food crumbs, ants and toe nails under my bed sheet indicating the just made the bed look nice and didnt clean it. There was a racoon in the ceiling, the washroom window and shower curtain are see through. There is a 150$ fee upon arrival. The place smells like old smoke. There are random rules that you have to sign off on including that you are okay with the room. Dont waste your money here. The ammenities dont work. The microwave oven and fridge dont work. The only plus was they had cameras everywhere."

"Breakfast was good . Unfortunately we went through our first full day without hot water . This was really unacceptable. When staff contacted, we were told it is because of the amount of occupancy. I am sorrry but I have never stayed in any hotel or motel that did not have efficient amount of hot water for its possible max occupancy. And this was not a full occupancy timeframe. Room did not feel clean . Carpet does not look like it was cleaned in a long time . The bed : another issue. One side sagged , so you felt like you woul d fall out of the bed , and the other side was higher. If you are looking for a cheaper stay for a night and not bothered about these things , go ahead and stay here . Otherwise would look elsewhere … "
