"Room was small but felt very clean. We were very happy with the breakfast options and the food was refreshed appropriately. The pool area was very nice with plenty of seating. I wish there were a few more TV channels for kids. The Disney Channel and Nickelodeon were not options. Housekeeping knocked on our door in the morning around 8:30 a.m. while the kids were still sleeping and when we opened the door she just said sorry and moved on to the next room. They did the same to our friend's room around the same time. Other than that we had no other issues and enjoyed our stay. "

"We were there on an unusual basis and we book a double queen room for us and our two toddlers because we were unable to book a suite for the amount of time we needed such short notice unfortunately, the room was not big enough and there is no microwave in the room now there was a microwave literally right down the hallway and we were the closest room to the microwave with two toddlers it just wasn’t gonna be feasible for the next five days, but they were very very accommodating trying to help us get a suite for a couple days and then ultimately refunded the rest of our state even though their policy stated 24 hour notice❤️ staff was amazing very compassionate and sympathetic towards our situation and explained in detail what to do to make sure that I got my refund.Would definitely stay there again!"
