"the location was beautiful, the facilities and rooms were spotless, and we made lots of use of the common space! the real star of the show was the manager/concierge dora - she helped us so much with getting around the city, recommendations for day trips, and making us feel so welcome and comfortable. she truly made our trip fantastic! we can not recommend staying here enough! St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."
