"Only issue is understanding your staff that answers the deak. I love people from all over the world. But if was running your hotel i would have ONLY English speaking persons, it really makes a difference on my opinion. Plenty other people out thrre. Last thing i booked my son threes nights room 131. I realize being there is a private thing. But i ask the very difficult t understand desk guy to please ring his room he said no can’t do that. Vhe is struggling right now as a young adult trying to fid himself and i am i another state.. worry wart mother his two cells were off or on charger on silent mode. That to me isn’t right period!!!"

"Breakfast menu was good. Hard boiled eggs were very hard. Way to over cooked. Otherwise good. "

"The property looked nice but the room stunk. I had planned on staying three nights but I ended up only staying one because of the smell. Couldn’t get the Tv to work so I went somewhere else."

"Unfortunately, the lobby smelled like pooh. The bathroom floor didn’t seem to have been cleaned and the walls were in disrepair."

"Carpet in our room had a large stain by the table. Coffee maker was nasty dirty and would not of used due to this. Front desk clerk at check in was too busy on her phone to answer questions regarding food or beverages. Customer service was just awful."

"Very friendly and welcoming staff and helpful. Room was very clean and weren’t perfumed like so many places. Bus to airport was clean and on time. Had early flight so didn’t breakfast. Would stay again."

"The chairs in the dining area looked worn and ragged. A new pot of coffee took 30 minutes to get refilled. Most of the staff were very nice. We felt everything was clean. The pool room was hot, and the water was cold, not heated. There wasn’t any body wash, only small bars. The room was nice. I guess I expected a bit more from Comfort Inn. I’m not sure I’d stay at that hotel again. Maybe?"
