"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with many options. Convenient location. Clean rooms, comfy beds, but dated furniture. The only issue was that the deluxe double room states that it has one bedroom but it is actually a studio room, 2 queen beds, a pull out sofa, and kitchen all in one open space. Would stay again, but room description should be updated."

"Your desk clerk, Matt, was top notch! So polite and friendly..room was just ok.. breakfast was ok.. I’m sorry to say that Hampton Inn isn’t as classy as they used to be. They’re all a bit rundown. We used to look forward to walking in the lobby and smelling the cookies baking. Haven’t seen that in a while. Hilton needs to upgrade the Hampton Inns. "

"Carpet so dirty its sticky. Stains on everything. Ac/heat super loud. Bed sheets stained. Mirrors so dirty they look cloudy. Drains all back up. Hallways not cleaned or kept up. The men in office RUDE!!! Disrespectful. Asked for no housekeeping (its obvious they dont clean anyway) they still came in and took MY belongings. Things I used for work so real cool of them. Plan on spending a while cleanin your room to be comfortable. I spent 3 hours scrubbing and it still didnt feel clean. Place run down and needs shut down. The 1st room they tried to put me in the window was completely cracked from top to bottom and side to side. Crazy it was still in 1 piece and not fallen out. Noticed a few rooms look like that too. "

"The Good: Friendly and helpful staff, overal a clean place, good breakfast. The Bad: Not enough staff on the weekend, Tub was broken and couldnt get fixed (tough with little kids), Pool was out of control with kids running all over and their parents not paying attention. We were approached several times by guys tweaked out on something, which made my family very uncomfortable. Overall- Maybe it was an unusual clientele given Spring Break, but what initially looked to be a very promising stop on our trip quickly turned into a place we wont visit again. "
