"First time here. Close to everything we were wanting to see. Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Very good breakfast and they offered ice for your cooler at the office. Seems to be oriented toward families with many things for kids to do outside. Rooms were a good size but the sliding door for the bathroom was not what I expected. Only other thing is low shower pressure. Would definitely stay here again. Great restaurant directly across the street!"

"Absolutely enjoyed the access to the beach and the staff were very attentive. There were a few large issues though. The tub would not drain leaving mid shin deep water while trying to shower. There were two large stinging caterpillars one in the towels the other on the wall. The AC window unit would not stay running keeping the room temperature very hot. After calling twice to verify they had a coffee pot that took pods upon arrival it was filter and grounds however the staff was able to find one in storage. The parking lot was very small and congested. Other tenants had barking dogs all throughout the night and blaring tvs until early morning hours. "

"We had a great time. The heated pool option was fantastic since the ocean was still a bit chilly, even for our kids. There was still plenty to do and the house was plenty big enough for my family of 5."

"So comfortable, quiet, and clean. Bed was super comfy. Easy access, easy parking and a super short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!"

"This home is in the perfect location for visiting the OBX! Close enough to walk to the beach and get on the main road. The house is equipped with everything you need, including kitchen necessities and beach chairs. The bedrooms are large enough to comfortably store your things and the beds are very comfortable. There is a large dining table for families and a kitchen big enough to comfortably cook in. These property owners went above and beyond expectations! They are kind, easy to work with, and full of information about the area. I would give this listing more than 5 stars if I could. We will be back! "

"Ben was great to work with- communicated quickly with us! The house was just as listed and perfect distance to beach- enjoyed sunrises from deck and also liked being able to walk to the grocery store! We really enjoyed our getaway and would come back! "
