Toilet didn’t flush well but great overall experience and we will definitely stay again. One more point to consider, Parking is not free. We think it is too expensive and should be nominal or free with your stay."

"Nice hotel very close to the station. Room was small but nice and clean. The bathroom sink looked nice but the tap was so close to the edge of the sink I couldn’t wash my hands without water spilling over the counter top. Staff were friendly and self service breakfast was good"

"It was just ok. Broken tap in en suite. Grubby toilet bowl on arrival. Dishes in kitchen required washing before use. Overall not as I remember when I stayed in 2016. Will look elsewhere next time I need a room in Newcastle."
