"Excellent venue for total relaxation "

"We had a great stay at Puri Bali Lovina! This was our first stop in Bali and so we had lower expectations. Would you call it or not knowing what to expect as far as accommodations go we have stayed at five other Villa hotels in Bali and Lovina is definitely high up there. The staff were very, very friendly and kind and very sweet. They helped us with our luggage. We got there super late (like midnight since we came right form our flight) for our check-in and they were super accommodating. Oh also, we booked a driver for the pick up from the airport to bring us to hotel. This was nice as it felt more secure. There was an extra charge for this, but it was very reasonable given that it’s almost a 3 Hour drive from the airport The breakfast was included in our package and the banana pancakes were yummy! They also helped us in booking the dolphin boat excursion and that was so so so fun! Highly recommend it. It was very very affordable. I think it was less than $15 Canadian. Onto the hotel stay itself. We liked our room. It was relatively clean and we had to separate beds and it was a cute balcony view! It was exactly what we needed a bed and a bathroom and a toilet nothing fancy but that’s not what we needed. We also love the pool. The pool was very fun! It wasn’t super cold. I wish she was a bit colder. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this place. Lavina itself is a very quiet, small town vibes with a pretty beach and some cute shops and massage places. "If you are coming for elephants, you are going to be very happy! There are currently 24 elephants and the opportunities for interaction are excellent. If you are coming for the opportunity to experience the ultimate in luxury, you could be a little disappointed. But you will not be disappointed in the staff! So set your expectations for elephants, and enjoy your stay! The gardening is beautiful, but the air conditioning and dining could be a little bit stronger."

"One of the best resorts we stayed at in Ubud. The entire resort was very peaceful and quiet. We slept most of the time we were here due to Jetlag. Very relaxing spa. Great customer service and great restaurant with delicious food and we met a lot of great people at this resort highly recommend."
