"An Absolutely Beautiful Resort — We Didn’t Want to Leave! Our stay at The Udaya Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and tranquility of the property. The resort is stunning, with its gorgeous koi pond, beautiful private villas, and incredible swimming pools. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. Evelyn took wonderful care of us and helped make our experience even more special. Her hospitality and attentiveness truly stood out. We loved The Udaya so much that we actually canceled our other reservations just to extend our stay! That alone says everything about how much we enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the restaurant staff were consistently attentive, warm, and friendly. Their excellent service made every morning feel special and added to the overall experience. What really makes The Udaya stand out is the combination of its breathtaking surroundings, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and genuinely welcoming staff. It’s the kind of place where you arrive planning to stay a few nights and immediately wish you could stay longer. We cannot recommend The Udaya Resort highly enough. If you’re visiting Ubud and looking for a beautiful, relaxing resort with outstanding hospitality, this place is a must-stay. We would absolutely return in a hear"

"Staff was very helpful. The food was delicious and the property was very clean. The only issue from.the pictures the pool appears to be a swim up pool but it's not. There's a patio and walkway that separates the pool from the rooms. Had i know i probably would have opted for a different room."

"Amazing resort! The staff made our stay the best!! Nicky, Bayu, Lia, Erik, Tina and many others treated us like family. Resort and pools are stunning. Food is world class. We felt very safe and our every need was met by staff from spa to nightly shows. Best resort we have stayed at."
ONYX Park Resort Ubud

"We stayed at Onyx for six nights in the penthouse apartment as a family of four. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and there were many things we really liked about the property, particularly the spacious accommodation, pool, children’s facilities, gym, food and service. However, there were also several aspects of the penthouse and overall resort experience that I felt could be improved. Some of these are relatively minor inconveniences, while others are worth considering, particularly for families travelling with young children. The penthouse itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having plenty of space was a real benefit for our family, especially as we were staying for six nights. The bed was also very comfortable, which made a big difference during our stay. The room was generally well presented, although I personally found the artwork and decor quite overwhelming. There were a lot of decorative elements competing for attention, and I think the space could feel more relaxing with a slightly simpler and more understated design. This is, of course, a matter of personal preference, but I felt that the decor sometimes took away from the otherwise beautiful and spacious apartment."

"We stayed at Impiana Villas in Ubud for our honeymoon and, although we initially had a few issues with our room, the way the team handled them made a big difference. A special thank you to Hery, the manager, who was very focused on our satisfaction and wanted to resolve the issues straight away. He listened to our concerns, took immediate action, and kindly upgraded us to Impiana Villas. The honeymoon cake and beautiful towel decorations were also such thoughtful touches and really helped make our stay more special. I’d also like to thank Erik, who helped us when our taxi driver went to the wrong hotel. He took the phone and communicated with the driver himself, which saved us a lot of stress. Overall, Hery’s efforts and the team’s genuine focus on resolving issues turned our experience around. We really appreciated their care and hospitality, especially during such an important trip for us."
