This Villa is quiet but close to shop, restaurant etc. Staff were friendly and very helpful and i will be back to stay here again. The private pool was the best on hot days floating around and relaxing

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Agata villas,staff were excellent polite and friendly couldn’t fault them at all,the property was a little dated and dimly lit but this was made up by the location and the wonderful staff,highly recommend this place.

Best Place to Stay in BALI!!! The staff is amazing, the food is the best I ever had. The place is safe, clean, beautiful as you see in the pictures. The manager of the place is great, he helped us get a driver for very cheap and go around the island. If would go back to Bali i totally would stay there. Great for family or couples. I can't wait to go back there. When going to Bali, stay there, you will not regret it!!! Love this place.

Property was big and clean, with huge bathrooms and very comfortable king sized beds. Breakfast menu was extensive, with fresh juice and delicious meals delivered every morning at the specified timings. Stay was absolutely comfortable and pleasant and staff were very friendly and helpful. Things to note include the location being on a small road resulting in big vehicles not being able to come in, hence may need to walk out to the main road, and also the ideal group size will be for 4 as the rollaway bed is small and has to be placed in a slightly awkward part of the room. Strongly recommended for everyone who is looking for a property in Seminyak.

Stayed at Agata villas for 5 nights with the family....Location was perfect, service was great, staff was exceptional, daily breakfast was good and with good choices for a short stay. The Villa was big and comfortable but the bathrooms and the towels showed age. The manager told me there is a plan for remodeling soon. Highly recommend staying there

スミニャックのビンタンスーパーマーケット近くの閑静なヴィラ街に位置していて、ショッピング・食事には至便。ヴィラはやや年数が経過していると思われるものの、内装はリフォームしてあり快適。水回りは経年感あり、湯量が足らないかもしれない。ヴィラの敷地は広く、プライベート感も十分。朝食はセットメニューから前夜に選ぶが、指定時刻通りにヴィラまで届けてくれる。ルームサービスメニューは安くておいしい。

We had three nights here private pool was sensational, location was great just a short work to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. The bathroom was a little tired looking, but everything else including daily breakfast was great !!

Beautiful villa in Seminyak

Villa is beautiful - very clean and has its own private pool. Daily breakfast is provided and there are many options to choose from. The team at Agata are extremely pleasant, always ready with a smile to assist. Twice they even offered to drop us out on the main road/to a nearby restaurant. Very private, great for couples or families who want to stay together in a two bedroom villa.

Poor management of booking

I received an email from the villas the day before our stay, saying they had double booked and they were offering their sister villa in a different location. I had booked 2 month prior to this.luckily we were already in Seminyak, something the management wasn't aware of. After a visit to the villas, calls to hotels.com and the request for a refund we finally got an email at 8pm that evening to say we could stay at Agata villas. Poor management from the villas. The stay turned out to be lovely, the staff were very helpful. Location is difficult to find even in a taxi.

Beautiful and quiet villa in Seminyak

It was a nice and pleasant arrival at the villa. The service is very good with friendly and very accommodating staff. The villa is really big, comes with a good size pool which you can swim in. There is a functional kitchen and a lounge area/living room to rest and watch tv or looking out to the pool and the beautiful night sky. The room is comfortable with workable air-conditioning and wifi is really fast which is a plus point. overall it is really a pleasant stay at the villa which is beautiful, having that bali culture and surprisingly quiet given the central location in seminyak. the only qualms are the shower water pressure could be better and the walk way leading to seminyak main street can be very dark but we felt extremely safe. will definitely stay here again as it felt like a home while in Bali. Oh did I mention the great service from the villa's staff? They should keep it up!

初到時由於太晚了，車子好像走了很長的小巷才到！但其實只要5分鐘的步行，便可回到繁華的街上，更有一間大型超巿，買紀念品或夜宵都很方便！沿路再走十多分鐘，便可到達水明漾沙灘，玩水，看日落都很容易！

Villa

This was the first time that our family stayed in a villa instead of a resort while on holidays. The Agata Villa was a fabulous set up that provides great facilities in the privacy of your own villa. The villa provides a private outdoor lounge and kitchen area, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are indoors in a lockable building. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk and it took about 30 minutes to walk into Kuta. Each evening you could wander in any direction to find somewhere lovely to eat dinner.
