"We had a great experience at Whispering Winds! The staff was super friendly and the check in process was quick. This is a very cute little roadside motel - the rooms are more like tiny bungalows than a hotel room. Everything was clean and well cared for. The whole place is a little dated but honestly, that really added to the charm for us. One items of concern was the bathroom shower floor didnt have the safety trips on the tub floor making it very slippery I put a towel on floor as to not slip and fall BUT EVERYTHING WAS GREAT OTHERWISE"
"The staff was really friendly. You can tell they're at least really trying to run an old Days Inn property themselves and turn a profit. Its hard.
I get it. Its the Finger Lakes. Rich folk. Wine Country. ALL the rooms are expensive. The price of the room for what you get? Not awesome. It's a non-smoking facility, but the place smelled of cigarette smoke (the room at least didn’t). I walked to my room, and another guest was straight up smoking away down the hall.
