Room was clean and large enough for our family. Staff were really helpful with an accidental double booking. The decor in the corridors is a little dark so it gives the place a bit of a menacing feel. "

Beds were not tempurpedic, but they were comfortable. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Large bottles of water are provided daily."

If im being picky, the beds were not exactly luxurious and room service and linen is only on request, not routinely given. Overall, i think Id recommend if you're in Incheon. "
