"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff and the accommodations were excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and upgraded. It is no surprise that JAL has their crew stay at this hotel. It is located in area with plenty of food options. Our next stay in Seoul would be at this hotel!"

"they do offer breakfast with many options , in Gangnam it is very worth and washer with dryer ( pay option) but still , location is good , staff 24 hours , very helpful , detail"

"The staff is very helpful. The location is the best you can get if you want to be in the middle of Meyongdong. The rooms in Seoul are small, this one felt larger. AC wasn’t working but it wasn’t that hot in October. Building is in good shape. The shower doors need to be closed, in Seoul most hotel showers are half glass so water gets everywhere."

"I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Grand Hyatt Seoul. Everything was as expected for a Grand Hyatt property: excellent customer service, tidy rooms, and well-maintained facilities. The views of Seoul were amazing as well. I highly recommend this hotel."
