"Small rooms but well designed. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed. Guest washer worked well, but dryer still did not have clothes dry after 90 minutes... had to iron them to get them somewhat dry, so that was wasted money. Reception was very pleasant and helpful. Quiet hotel, was able to sleep well"

"Great location and large room. Check in was good and receptionists was gave plenty of infabout the city. Breakfast was partial buffet and partial order service. The logic of having to order fruit salad and cheese + ham was lost on me. Waited 15 minutes to learn that the order had been lost and than another 10 minutes to receive a coffee and small plate of ham. However, no bread or croissant available on buffet when this was served! Suggest that changes need to be made"

"Schönes Hotel mitten in Rapallo, gleich neben der Fussgängerzone, bzw. der Strandpromenade und in 5 min zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer (hatte ein Deluxe-Zimmer), Meerblick im 1. Stock aber eher bescheiden... Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"First day the staff was very nice. Our room was noisy so we ask to be transferred. They were nice to move our staff only the room was smaller but it was quiet."

"We loved our stay at this untouristic but friendly town home to Gavi wine, which we love. The hotel is very centrally located in the main parking square with free parking right in front. Our room was large and splotlessly clean with great aircon. Breakfast was reasonably priced with lots of home made things and excellent cappuccinos. We loved that everything was within walking distance including the very cool castle which has English tours. The wine bar opposite also has a restaurant round...
