"Pretty much what we expected. Location is amazing, right on the water. It's far out of town and a bit isolated, so you'll want a rental car. Taxi is 60 one way. Bus runs once an hour and is only a 5 minuted walk to the stop, but last bus is around 6 PM. It's more rustic than most places on Vrbo, so just set your expectations properly and you'll be pleased. Wifi worked. Coffee maker worked. Microwave worked. Fridge worked. Washer and dryer worked. All good. "
"The house was absolutely amazing and loved everything about it. From the easy check-in to the well stocked house that had everything needed for a wonderful stay. Incredible views off the deck for whale and bald eagle watching. Very private location sitting tucked away next to the beautiful totem pole park. "We had a wonderful experience here! Our family was very comfortable here. Super clean and cozy. Beautiful view. Kitchen has everything you'd need. Laundry and plenty of towels in bathroom. We had a question when we arrived and the owner/manager sent someone down right away to help us - it was great. Perfect place if you're visiting anyone on the North end! Highly recommend! "
"If you are staying at a hotel in the summer, this is the place to stay in Ketchikan for a quiet, serene, Alaska experience. I had to leave a review just to mention they provide an assortment of pillows on your bed so you can find one to your preference. It’s those thoughtful little things as well as the welcome notes in your room that make this place special.
The restaurant on-site is a large circular log building with sweeping views of the water and waterfalll off to the side. We had the breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, and drinks at the bar during our stay this week and each experience was nice and didn’t feel rushed.
