"Great spot, great location. The only bad part was the air conditioning in the room was more of a fan and the room was 30*C when we got into the room, so didn’t cool down much at all."

"This is our fourth and last trip to the Park Plaza London Westminister Bridge, a shame really because it used to be so wonderful. We always get the upgraded room with the Big Ben view and this time our room had an overpowering mold/mildew odor, probably from growth under the loose floor tiles in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we never could get any maid service during our 3 day stay despite saying we wanted it upon checkin and despite calling every day to say that our room had not been...
"A small but functional room, especially just for one person. It was comfortable with nice lighting and air conditioning. The breakfast was convenient and easy, and the lounge worked as place to rest in the evening as well. The bathroom door has a small gap along the edges (between the wall and door) and has no lock so this might be awkward if more than one person is staying."
