Perched atop Bluff Mountain with breathtaking views of Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains, Oliver Overlook is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin. Upon your arrival, you
will immediately feel right at home here! Snuggle by the wood-burning fireplace or unwind in the hot tub as you take in the scenery. From the deck, enjoy the gorgeous early morning sunrise, long-range mountain vistas, and the sparkling lights of Pigeon Forge at night—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Sleeping Arrangements: Oliver Overlook comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main level has a queen bedroom. The loft features a king bedroom with its own private bathroom and a game room with a futton.

Location & Access: The cabin is easily accessible with only three steps to the front door. Conveniently located off Wears Valley Road, just 5 miles from Pigeon Forge, Oliver Overlook offers the perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to attractions, shopping, and dining.

Perfect For: A family vacation, a honeymoon, an anniversary, a girls getaway! Oliver Overlook is the ideal retreat to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Be Safe: Mountain roads can become hazardous or impassable in snow and ice. The last 1/4 mile to the cabin is a steep, curvy, one-lane, paved private road. Normally, a 2-wheel drive is sufficient, but inclement weather requires a 4-WHEEL/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE. In the winter, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE in case mountain roads are
impassable due to snow or ice.
BE AWARE- You are in Bear Country, do not feed bears or leave food in cars. Lock the car door.
BRING YOUR OWN - Charcoal for grilling and Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace in winter.
NO PETS - $300 fine and asked to leave
KEEP IN TOUCH - If you have any problem, let us know while you are there, we will try our best to solve it.
GUEST LIMIT- 6 Guests maximum, including children; if exceeded, the fine is $100 per guest.
VEHICLES - Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended or safe.

My wife and I spent 5 days and loved every minute. Nice cabin, great views, only 35 minutes or so to the tourist strips if you care to venture out.

One of the best views in this town!

This was one of the best views I've experienced in my 5 years of renting cabins in the area. We had a small issue with the property, but the property manager did her best to make us happy. Overall a very nice cabin !!

Awesome location, 4WD vehicle is a must

This cabin location was amazing with great views and amenities. I would say that a 4WD vehicle is mandatory since the road to get up to the cabin is very steep at 14° of incline.

May 2024 Anniversary Trip

We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very peaceful with beautiful views. The host was very kind and even checked in on us after some severe weather went through the area. We were blessed to see a momma bear and 3 cubs one morning during our stay.

Everything we were looking for

We had the most amazing, relaxing vacation at Oliver's Outlook cabin! The views and cabin were exactly as shown. Stunning views, beautiful, clean cabin, and excellent communication with host. The cabin and views were so spectacular we didn't want to leace at all! We will definitely be returning, as this is now our favorite destination to unplug and relax!

The view is worth every penny!

Had an amazing stay at this cabin! The cabin itself and surrounding it was very clean, the heat and ac worked as should! The hot tub location was on point with an amazing view of the smokies! The cabin isolation was good with trees and mountain sides blocking other cabins so we felt as if we were the only ones there! I would recommend this cabin to anyone. I already recommend it to a buddy who plans on reserving it! Thank you for a wonderful stay and we plan on staying here again soon! 10/10

Views are phenomenal

Cabin is hidden in a very scary sharp turn. Make sure you have an AWD vehicle! We got to see bears right in front of the property! The host was great she just needs a better cleaning crew. There was acrylic nails on the windowsill a dirty quilt on the bed dead bugs on the carpet, dishes in the dishwasher. But views and amenities were great!

The Views really are stunning

We had a wonderful stay, and everything was perfect. The views really can't be described. Especially early in the morning with the clouds in the valley below and the sun shining brightly above. It was breathtaking. This is a truly beautiful place and with Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg fairly close by there was plenty to do and see. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning when we can.

Amazing View

We really enjoyed our stay at Oliver Overlook! Just minutes away from everything to do. Hot tub was wonderful after a long hike. And the View……was just AMAZING!!!! We are already looking at going back and we will definitely rent this cabin again!

1st trip to Tennessee

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. The cabin was great and so peaceful. Nice private getaway, with great views. Great location, we took day trips that we not from cabin, Tuckaleechee Caverns, Grotto Falls, Laurel Falls. And we also enjoyed our trip to the Skybridge and finished off sampling some moonshine at Ole Smokey and Sugarlands.

The drive up was a little sketchy…for sure better with 4 wheel drive. The views were just amazing…the hot tub was amazing…the only thing we really had concerns about was all the stink bugs and lady bugs that seemed to take over the home. Other than that we had a wonderful time. Again the views were worth the drive up. Very beautiful and peaceful. Thank you.
