The starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at nearby stores.



✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for 8 vehicles in the large driveway. There is also free street parking available. Additionally, we have a free EV charger for your convenience.

Getting Around:

If you’re heading to the Pigeon Forge main parkway, driving is quick and easy—it’s just few miles away. You're just minutes away from all of the attractions, dining and shopping.



If you’re heading to downtown Gatlinburg, driving is quick and easy—it’s just 9 miles away. However, once you're in town, parking can be limited, so you may want to park in one of the public lots and explore on foot.



If you’re interested in exploring the nearby Great Smoky Mountains National Park, many trailheads are just a short drive away.



Uber and Lyft are also available.



Other Things to Note:

✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.



✹ Start your vacation from the moment you arrive – no need to pick up keys or make your own bed.



Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.
