The Space:

Beautiful Smoky Mountain views on the top of the mountain for couples or small families. Not far from the Arts and Crafts community of Gatlinburg but far enough away to avoid heavily trafficked areas. There's one bedroom and a separate living room with a fireplace and a pull out sofa so the cabin sleeps 4 people easily. Beautiful mountain valley view from the bedroom and the private deck! Unplug and relax!



Nothin' But a Good Time is close to all attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is impeccably maintained, cleaned and fully furnished with all new furniture.



Enjoy a great view on the deck with privacy and hot tub at the end of a day of adventures. There is also a large jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. The pool table in the cabin provides hours of competitive fun! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals and there is a charcoal grill out front as well.



Enjoy central heat and air, cable, flat screen HDTV, pool table, CD/DVD player, nice open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen w/ dishwasher, sleeper sofa, linens supplied, gas fireplace, outdoor charcoal grill, WiFi.



Guest Access:

You have free run of the entire cabin.



The Neighborhood:

There are other cabins nearby as we are in a community of cabins but the back deck is very private. There is parking in front of the cabin, no crazy difficult turnarounds even though it is located at the top of a mountain.



Getting Around:

The road up to the cabin is STEEP. The access road to this cabin is paved but does have an incline. At times it narrows to one lane. We can make it up in a Prius with no problem. If you want flat roads this is not for you. If you want to be near the park with a breathtaking view and hiking nearby... look no further!



Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended. 4-wheel drive is recommended for adverse winter conditions. No refunds for weather or driving issues.



There is a floodlight camera on the exterior of the cabin to monitor the entryway. It lights the walkway for our guests, captures video of any wildlife that wanders near the cabin, and helps with weather monitoring and occupancy compliance.



Minimum age 18 to reserve the cabin.

We are pleased to provide you as much information about the area as you like, but we won't bother you during your stay. We won't be onsite but are online to ensure you have a memorable stay.

The view is phenomenal. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. We love the fireplace and the pool table was fun. The hosts are very attentive and respond quickly. Check in was seamless and very easy. Would definitely recommend this place. The drive to the cabin is steep but worth every second.

Smooth and easy on short notice.

Set up vacation with only 1 day notice, checkin went mostly smooth, just a minor hiccup when the door code didn't work which they fixed within 10 minutes, otherwise everything went off without a hitch. Would stay here again for sure.

Relaxing haven after visiting the tourist towns

Enjoyed visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This rental was a welcome haven away from the very crowed tourist spots. Really enjoyed the property. Very clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view from the balcony.

Perfect Overnight Getaway

Christmas in the mountains

This cabin was perfect for our little Christmas get away. The view of the mountains from the bed when you wake up in the morning was magical. The fireplace and the Christmas tree in the living room was a cozy spot. We really enjoyed the pool table for some fun.
