Extra Nice Condo, Affordable in a Great Location. Our two-bedroom/two-bath condo is perfect for many occasions and is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each stay following WHO and CDC guidelines. It has numerous amenities, is very clean and comfortable and features a king bed master ensuite that opens onto the balcony with scenic mountain and river views with a nice view of the river and ducks below.

There is a double sink vanity with quartz top and a recently-installed state-of-the-art infrared sauna along with a shower in the master bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and attached second bathroom. In addition, there is a queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the family room. Both bedrooms feature Tempur-Pedic mattresses.

The modern kitchen has quartz counters and is fully equipped and there is a large dining table with six chairs in addition to an eat-in counter. The open living area also opens to the balcony and features a large couch and love seat along with a 50" 4K UHD TV that makes viewing very pleasurable. The entire condo is carpetless. Instead, we have tile and vinyl plank flooring which we think you will much prefer.

There is cable with HBO, Showtime and Cinemax plus OnDemand. Free WiFi is provided plus the primary bedroom has a 50” UHD TV and the second bedroom has a 32" flat panel TV and all have DVD players. We have a foldable high chair and a Port-A-Crib for the little ones. You'll find a coffee bar with both a brewer and a Keurig.

There are smoke detectors, an automatic sprinkler system, and a carbon monoxide alarm. This River Crossing Condo has a very nice outdoor pool and hot tub that are open in the summer months, usually from May 1 until September 30.

This extremely convenient location is within walking distance of several restaurants including Texas Roadhouse, BWW, Roma Table, Quaker Steak, and Fuddruckers while many more are located close by. A large bookstore, coffee shop and small shopping center with an indoor trampoline park and arcade is across the street and Tanger Outlet Mall is only one stoplight away. Also, a trolley stop is a half block away and a 14-plex cinema with reclining seats is just a three-minute walk. Just down the Parkway, you'll find Dolly's Stampede, the new Dolly's Smoky Mountain Adventures Dinner and Show, the Comedy Barn, and lots of great shopping.

Also, The Island (about seven minutes away) is an amazing area with many small shops and a huge dancing water show in the evenings, live entertainment most nights and features Paula Deen's restaurant and the Great Smoky Mountain Ferris Wheel. In addition, many go-cart tracks including NASCAR Entertainment Center, miniature golf and numerous other attractions are located along the Parkway. Dollywood and Splash Country, Pigeon Forge Snow, the pristine Gatlinburg Country Club, the new convention center and Ripken's baseball field complex are all located only a few minutes away on the "backway" that will also take you into Gatlinburg, avoiding the Parkway's sometime monumental traffic.
