The Space:

Settle into a comfortable cabin designed for easy gathering and relaxation. With sleeping space for up to 10 guests across three bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa, it’s a great fit for families, teams, and small groups. The main living area offers room to unwind after a day out, and the adjacent game room keeps the fun going back at home.

Head outside for a soak in the hot tub or fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for simple evening meals. Inside, you’ll find multiple smart TVs (one in each bedroom), a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with the office, and an in-home washer and dryer to keep gear fresh between adventures. A private pool adds an extra dose of resort-style fun right at home.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.

• Stairs: This home has stairs (please see photos for reference).

• Exterior security camera: One camera is mounted at the front door and actively monitors the driveway and entry only.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to the Smoky Mountains’ remote, mountainous location, internet and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Washer and dryer are located in the home.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute drive, you can access Rocky Top Sports World (80-acre sports complex), the Gatlinburg Community Center (indoor pool and bowling), and Mills Park (disc golf and playground).
