Thanks so much for your consideration in allowing us to treat you to an awesome getaway to the mountains! While this is our newest cabin here, we are not new to having helped lots of families/couples enjoy the mountains and to date have received over 1000 GRAND REVIEWS reflecting the experiences we have helped others enjoy. If you are looking for a private/secluded escape that will provide some beautiful views to the mountains-- we invite you to be our guest at "Honey Bear Lookout". If you desire a mountain escape that allows you to feel as though you are in the middle of nowhere while still being close to all--this cabin will be a big hit! Our upstairs/deck area while giving the VIEWS to the mountains will give the feel of being in your own private "tree house" here in the Smokys.

Out 1st goal is to simply have you say "Wow" when you open the front door. The cabin has been updated with lots of NEW FURNISHINGS and will be sure to impress. Our 2Bed/2Bath cabin is a beautiful cedar sided exterior with pine floors, walls, and ceilings to provide the true Rustic cabin feel.
LIVING: Will find a "New" bear themed couch and over-sized chair to cuddle up in front of your fireplace and enjoy your 50" Flat-screen while winding down for the evening.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with "New" cooking utensils including a crock pot to prep in the morning and allow for your evening meal to be cooked while you enjoy your day in the mountains. Great news if your definition of vacation is staying out of the kitchen in that there are many great dining options only a short drive away that we can direct you to.

SLEEPING: Will find a KING Size Custom crafted cedar bed in the Master Suite and a Queen Size bed in the 2nd bedroom. Will also find a "New" sleeper sofa in both the living room as well as the upstairs 2nd Living/game room--both with a commercial grade mattresses.

DINING: Will find a "New" Amish Rustic Dining table enough to seat 6 plus a couple bar stools at the kitchen island. (Comfortably seating 8)

UPSTAIRS LIVING: Enjoy a game of pool plus a NEW ARCADE GAMING SYSTEM while taking in the peacefulness of the surrounding views.
Will also find a 48" Flat Screen over the fireplace along with another couch to relax while the games are on PLUS a 2nd FULL BATH.

BACK DECKS: Enjoy the privacy and feel of being in your own "Tree House" as you step onto the lower deck to enjoy your hot tub after a day of hiking in the mountains. Step out of the upper deck and take in the views to the mountains---what a great way to start the day with your cup of coffee!

FREE WIFI and long distance assure you can stay connected while with us.

Location/Location: Between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge just off US 441 (The Parkway). From the Parkway--Pigeon Forge --2 Miles/Gatlinburg-4.5 Miles= quick access to all.

Our final goal is to have provided you an experience you find hard to leave and one you desire to return and enjoy again!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time with our family at this beautiful cabin! The cabin was comfortable for our family of 8, the views were incredible, we enoyed the pool table, and we even met a bear family! The location is conveniently located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Unique Cabin Experience

The customer service was 11/10. Randy was very welcoming and was in constant communication. The cabin was unique, the hot tub was great and the upstairs game room was a lot of fun.

The cabin is everything you would expect it to be. Located between Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg made our daily trips to everywhere Great! If you want privacy, this the place, up high and off the beaten path.

Great Family Vacation

My family spent a week at a the cabin and we had 5 adults and 2 children so we used every ounce of the space! It was nice to have multiple floors to spread out and enjoy some peace and quiet in the mountains. The cabin is in a great spot to feel secluded but also know there are neighbors close by and you are in a neighborhood within 20 minutes of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Great, cozy, and relaxing place!!

This cabin has everything! My husband and teenagers enjoyed the pool table playing a competitive game every night. The hot tub was wonderful after walking all day each day. Randy the owner was wonderful to work with. His phone calls and emails are always so uplifting. We will DEFINITELY be staying in one of their cabins again!

Mountain break / Dollywood

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Honey Bear Lookout. The lodge was in a great location and was in easy reach of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. You would need a 4wd in late fall / winter as the roads are very steep. Facilities were all as described and communication with the host was excellent. They were responsive and happy to help. Would recommend a stay here.

Great stay in the Smokies

We enjoyed our stay at Honey Bear Lookout. It was the perfect location equidistant to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our trip - full kitchen, washer dryer, TWO bathrooms (very important traveling with teenagers), and a game room upstairs. Our kids were able to spread out - one slept on the pull out and the other in the second bedroom. It was peaceful and perfect! Our only stress was traveling to and from the cabin - we are not used to mountain driving. However, my two wheel drive minivan made the trek, so you can too! I would highly recommend this property!

Great place for the family!

Our family had a great time in this cabin. Very roomy, kitchen is equipped with anything you would need, and plenty of towels! Kids had a blast on the arcade machine and we loved sitting outside or at the large kitchen table playing cards. Also, we were visited by 2 bears! Highly recommend if you are looking for seclusion and peace Randy is very helpful, informative, and responsive! We will definitely be staying at one of his properties again!!

Good times at the Honey Bear.

Spent a couple of days at the clean and nicely furnished Honey Bear lookout cabin. Enjoyed the privacy of the mountain location that was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Perfect retreat for my grandparents

My grandparents and aunt really enjoyed their stay. The relaxing and serene atmosphere gave them a chance to catch up after 18 months. They were happy with the cabin itself and the location!

The owner of this property is the absolute best we have dealt with! Very nice respectful man. The cabin was beautiful and clean. Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone.
