Good location

Good condition two story apartment. Bedroom in the second floor. No rail on the stairs. Walking distance to the parking lot, restaurants , shops and historic sites. Very good location . The building has one person elevator.

The staff person was incredibly nice. The room is somewhat basic but very comfortable and spacious. I loved the little street it is on, and there are good restaurants very near. It is very close to the cathedral and the Alcazar.

This property was just steps away from the Real Alacaz and the cathedral. Clean and nice. Only negative was we were on the 3rd. Floor and there were a lot of stairs inside building and apartment.

We loved Lukanda, the property is newer and the rooms reflect that. Its very clean and modern. We had a balcony as well which was wonderful for the evenings. This is not a hotel though its more air bnb style. For checkin we received the code and it was very easy. The area is also amazing. Its right by the Seville Cathedral and Alcazar and the views are beautiful when walking.

Nice place, great location but not 4 stars

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t call this place a 4-star though. Two level suite was nice, but much of the furniture was worn out. We have pretty high standard for cleanliness, and this place didn’t quite do it for us, there were quite a bit of ants and flies.

Nice hotel style room but could improve

Modern decor room with a good location close to Alcazar and Cathedral. Bathroom was large. Main room and bed was comfortable. For the price, it was lacking any dishes in the room (ie glasses, etc) and only sink was in the bathroom. There was a communal kitchen on the first floor with a stove and microwave. Also there was a note requesting that we take our garbage down the street to community bins. At that price, thought they should empty bins.
