Nice room, useless WiFi

Clean, quiet room, but unusable WiFi. Good thing I only had to stay one night. The shower also had some black stains near the seams, these should be cleaned better.

Good location

Good condition two story apartment. Bedroom in the second floor. No rail on the stairs. Walking distance to the parking lot, restaurants , shops and historic sites. Very good location . The building has one person elevator.

Quiet and modern.

Very close to centre - no more than 5 mins to cathedral and alcazar. Quiet, fully renovated studio with lift access to all floors. We will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel style room but could improve

Modern decor room with a good location close to Alcazar and Cathedral. Bathroom was large. Main room and bed was comfortable. For the price, it was lacking any dishes in the room (ie glasses, etc) and only sink was in the bathroom. There was a communal kitchen on the first floor with a stove and microwave. Also there was a note requesting that we take our garbage down the street to community bins. At that price, thought they should empty bins.

Nice place, great location but not 4 stars

Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t call this place a 4-star though. Two level suite was nice, but much of the furniture was worn out. We have pretty high standard for cleanliness, and this place didn’t quite do it for us, there were quite a bit of ants and flies.

Exceeded expectations!

We loved our 5 night stay at Casa de Mariana #5! The apartment and bathroom were well-equipped and beautifully decorated, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. My tired legs appreciated the elevator after a long day of exploring. The location of this apartment can’t be beat… just around the corner from the Alcazar and Cathedral, but down a quiet pedestrian street- the best of both worlds! Many great restaurants and public transportation nearby. Self check-in was easy and convenient, and the property manager was always quick to reply to all of my communications. We were able to store our luggage in a secure room. We are already discussing a return visit and won’t consider any other accommodation.

This property is located in a fantastic place and it was ideal for our trip to Sevilla. Within a 5 minute walk, we could be at the Cathedral, or the Alcazar or the Torre Oro and the river. It is close to public transport too. We stayed in the duplex apartment (3) and it was great. Although we had not realised it was internal so if we went back, we would choose a different apartment. The staff were very friendly and attentive via email and at check in. There isn't a staff member available in the property at all times but this didn't cause any issue for us. The apartment was very clean and ready for our arrival. The bed and sofa was comfy and the bathroom was great too with a very good shower. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would return. It was very convenient too with the self check in locks and doors (codes). It offered good value for money too! Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay during our trip to the beautiful city of Sevilla!

The Lukanda Mariana is in a very safe, convenient, walkable position city and the sights as well as bars and restaurants. The cathedral is only a few minutes walk away. We had apartment no.5 which has a private veranda with a table & chairs. This made the room lovely and bright. There are electric shutters to close in the evening. The apt is spotlessly clean and tastfully decorated. There is plenty hanging space for your clothes as well as shelving for your things. There is a TV, kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge and a toaster in the apt. There is a larger communal kitchen you can use on the ground floor. The bathroom/shower room is a good size too. There are free toiletries for your use and there is a good hairdryer. I would definitely rocommend staying here. Communication with Lucia is dealt with very quickly too.
