"Helpful staff, very convenient location to the happening part of Seville. They did shut the breakfast down at 1000, on a Thursday and the info sheet they provided us stated 730-1030. Kind people overall."

"The location is great, right next to the Seville Cathedral (great views from the roof top bar). Many tapas bars and restaurants close by. The staff were super helpful, booking guides, booking dinners, and helping us navigate our way to the hotel. I'd recommend the hotel. Some things to consider: The hotel is right in the city center. So, expect some typical nighttime noise, like street sweeping. Our first floor (2nd floor US) room was a bit noisy. In our room, the bed was on an elevated platform (3 inch). It looked nice, but took some getting used to. If you can afford the extra 50 euros, get a terraced room... great views! So, if you want to experience Seville, you can't beat the location, staff, and general room decor."

"Wi-fi was fine stayed on. The staff was very helpful. the room was cleaned daily. Pool area is very nice but fills up depending on the time of the day. Breakfast is so so, Coffee machines used allot so your coffee may end up with a chocolate flavor. Wish they had fruit for the yogurt or chic seeds."

"We booked a top floor deluxe double with a large terrace and it was worth every penny not only for the outside space but the views across the city and outdoor shower, it was very hot when we were there. It had table and chairs as well as sunbed. Room was very nicely appointed and bathroom very good. Would definitely stay here again, location was perfect."

"We were in Madrid last week and were planning to travel to Sevilla last week for two days and a night at Ocean view hotel. Unfortunately my daughter had a soar throat and bad cold and we decided to postpone our trip to Sevilla one day later. I called and talked to Sergio at the hotel. I explained to him that we are long customer of Hotel.com and explained to him our situation. He was very nice and accommodating. He agreed to change our reservation for the following day without any penalty or extra payment although the notice was late. My daughter cold was not getting good enough for her to travel next day and I had to ask Sergio for the second time to postpone our reservation to the follow my day and he was kind enough to do it. To make the story short unfortunately we ended up not being able to go to Sevilla this time but I was very impressed by this hotel and particularly Sergio and Hotel.com to accommodate us and extend their services. Sergio was very kind and caring and definitely we are going to this hotel next summer because I am sure the hotel is as good as its staff and will use Hotel.con for our reservation because they were very accommodating and considerate as well. Thank you for the good services "
