"Calm oasis from bustle of Bristol city centre. Welcoming front desk staff, attractive building and lobby area. Rooms are spacious and clean (Deluxe twin). All areas well maintained. Plenty of parking under hotel, definite plus for Bristol city centre hotel. 4* review (not 5*) due to only one lift working in one of the buildings, and multiple times had to wait several 'turns' as full with housekeeping staff and their laundry bins or equipment, guests were left waiting, not an issue if no bags bags and able to use stairs, but frustrating if that is the case. We were woken on one night by fire alarm and evacuation at 4.30am. It was for genuine reason, however the two staff on duty that we saw did seem to struggle with updating and organising guests to evacuation points. Front desk staff next morning had been briefed and gave an apology and explanation. Toilets on LG floor need more attention towards end of day as they were not the cleanest."

"I stayed for 5 days at Aparto as I was on placement at the children’s hospital. The location was perfect, only a 10min walk to the train station and 25mins to the shopping centre/hospital. The room was clean and bed comfy! Had access to kitchen facilities however you might want to bring your own kitchen equipment. The staff were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying!"

"Hotel situated close to rail station and with good access to public transport around the city. City centre and harbourside both within easy walking distance. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning welcome addition on hot summer stay. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had good range of cereals, pastries, and cooked items. Bar food hot and tasty when staying in for evening meal. Wi-fi included and tea/coffee making facilities in room. Be aware that as hotel on a busy main road, rooms can be a little noisy but did not affect my stay."
