"Upon booking my room and two others I took the pub & grill upgrade. £75 for a £90 voucher for myself and two friends. It took two hours to get staff to understand that I had upgraded. I paid the full food & drinks bill which was just over £123. I was then debited from my card £123 (bar/food bill), ..."

"It was a very mixed stay, although overall it was positive. The first room we were given was very dirty. The walls in particular were yellow and marked, including hand prints on the walls and mould on the curtains (pictured attached). The room was very hot and the window didn't open - no air conditioning ..."

"A great location to stay and easy to get to and from the train station. Had booked using Hotels.com and booked 2 apartments. Whatever the mix up was I got a call saying I hadn’t paid for any of them and was a total mix up. Language barrier didn’t help and would put me off doing it again"

Victorian Stable House with attractive vaulted ceiling , Southdowns.
"Great hosts Lucy and rob , clean and a haven for kids with lots of games, puzzles etc . Really good for surrounding visits , Portsmouth , Chichester , etc and good pubs with one a short walk from property , also for us the added bonus of an ev charger .would highly recommend"
