The only bad thing is that it is away from restaurants,stores,bars etc.
We planned ahead and brought snacks, drinks then juts headed into town for dinner.

Wow, what an experience. First a disclaimer that I do believe that the administration could invest in doing some cosmetic maintenance on the property like refurbishing the pool, redoing some woodwork, and another example my shower head (room 503) needed replacing, It was spraying all cockeyed. My sink would also clog up immediately. These are little things that add up. BUT! The customer service here is out of this world. You feel genuine appreciation from the staff about your visit and your experience here. I really was not expecting that, especially considering that you just never know when traveling internationally but the people here are amazing. The wait staff is amazing. The hotel staff is amazing. The restaurant food is outstanding! On top of just the stay itself, the hotel is very interactive with different amenities for purchase. (we rented a golf cart for a day and had a blast! Side note: administration would do well by upgrading the ones they have now because they aren’t running the best these days we had to switch our cart assignment twice due to that). They also have classes for the guests, they have a group chat where they post the actives for the day before. I can’t wait to go back and I actually hope to use their member and try out their other locations. Special thanks to GM Pedro, Bartender Marcos, Bartender Angel, Wait Staff Jesus, and Jeanette with the other front desk ladies!

"Everything about our stay at Casa Ensenada was superb. The communication was too notch. One of the owners was there to greet us upon arrival to show us around the home and give us some tips on navigating the island. I hey had a fresh bowl of pico, guac and a kitchen of margaritas for us to enjoy after a morning of traveling. Daily cleanings including our own personal laundry was amazing. They checked in on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we didn’t need anything. The set up our transfers from the airport to the ferry and we requested a golf cart for the week that they also set up and had waiting for us as we arrived. Unfortunately one of the members of our family had to go to the hospital Nick and Terri were right by their phones to make sure we got wveything taken care of. The house had everything we needed to fully function. Literally the most perfect week on the island. Nick and Terri you both were wonderful. We look forward to bringing our family back and making more memories at your beautiful property. I cannot thank you enough!The Parzow Family"

"This was the most amazing vacation and this house was the main reason. It's stunning, simply stunning. Sitting outside and listening to the waves was our favorite thing to do! We started every morning floating in the pool and ended every evening in the warm pool. Mango Cafe was our breakfast go- to but there are so many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. El Chefcito was a favorite. Chedraui superstore is a 10 minute walk. The location here is top notch, we only needed to grab a taxi , twice. We will return!"

"We loved staying at Casa Susanna! The location in the middle of the island worked great. We didn’t realize there was a restaurant/bar downstairs with live music most nights. What a treat! The condo is spacious and the views are spectacular. We walked to many places and Memo got us connected to taxi driver that handled the rest of our adventures. We also loved the pools. Most days we had the pool in the afternoon to ourselves. The walking path across the street was nice as well. "
"Beautiful property, very clean & spacious rooms. My only complaint is the beachfront is a bit misleading. The ocean is full of growing plant life, grass, seaweed & I was unaware of that. I understand it’s part of the wildlife and needs to stay there but I wish I had known ahead of time. Still fully enjoyed my time there! :)"
