"The only thing positive about this hotel was we ate at the coffee shop and the staff was amazing! Other than that old property, not clean, definitely needs to be updated. "

"The only thing I have negative to say is no coffee pot,no fridge no microwave. Either a coffee pot or microwave would have been nice to be able to either make a coffee or microwave to warm coffee up in the morning."

"I had to wait two hours to check in. There was a water outage from midnight till early morning. The shower was terrible because the water was pushing so strong, like the fire department hose, I could not even stand relaxed to enjoy a good shower. I told the house keeping about the issue they did not even bother to fix turn down the water a little bit. At the reservation they list amenities the pool included, they do not even have a pool, they were having construction in the pool area, there was no pool at all. The teller at the registration was rude, the parking attendant was rude, overall, it was unfriendly environment. I will never stay at Luxor hotel again."
