"Fantastic place unless there is a big event at attached convention center. Horrible check-in experience. There was a volleyball tournament beginning the next day and there were at least a hundred people in line to check in. I joined the MGM loyalty club and was able to check-in online and was told they would msg us when room available. That was at 8pm. By 10pm still no msg. After complaining by phone we finally got a room. The room was large, very nice and well equipped. Beware the mini bar items on top of the dresser, if you move something it automatically appears on your bill. Restaurants were very crowded due to the event but the food was good when we could get a table. "

"I’ve stayed here dozens of times. Somehow this time seemed less inviting overall. Between the leak in the lobby ceiling to the nickel and diming over every little thing it just was less satisfying. Nothing really terrible but I didn’t feel thrilled by the experience as I’m accustomed to. "

"Waited over 4 hours for our room to be ready. Bathroom was dirty and toilet clogged up on first use. The self parking is horrible you have to walk a good 10 min to get to the parking. "

"The room was beautiful, very clean very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that the bed in our room was terrible. It was very, very uncomfortable. Woke up sore with little sleep."
