"Cuando llegue me asignaron una habitacion equivocada, perdi mucho tiempo tratando de obtener ayuda para que me cambiaran la habitacion, yo ya estaba muy cansada del viaje asi que tenia ya poca paciencia, y en ligar de poder descansar un rato, llegue a pasar un mal momento, ya que me cambiaron la habitacion las cosas mejoraron, pero no recibi ninguna disculpa por el error que cometieron"

"Hotel is very nice. Room was just ok. Front staff at check-in was not good as he was not pleasant at all. Overall a nice stay. "

"No one came to clean or swap towels for a four night stay. The toilet in the room was leaking. We told staff but no one came to assess the leak"

"Room we were assigned to upon checking in had an awful smoke smell. Also, booked a king room, room had a queen, second room was to have two queen beds, it had two double beds. When brought to the hotel staff’s attention they stated the first room had a “hotel sized king bed”..,"

"Had a great time here. Very central to a lot of what I wanted to see in the area. The room was nice and the property was clean with lots of restaurants and a good sized casino floor. It was more of a business friendly, 40-50s crowd property. The front desk was friendly and got me checked in around 11am at no charge which was incredibly appreciated. My room was very spacious but the lights on one whole side of the room weren’t working or were broken. Other than that I don’t really have any complaints about my stay."
