"The property was beautiful and Shea was easy to reach and gave clear instructions. There was a lot of attention to details, decor was beautiful and lots of little touches that made for a comfortable stay. Thanks for a great stay, looking forward to coming again next time we're in town. "

"The door to the bathroom had holes, was broken off the hinges, the bathtub didn't have a plug, and the fridge looked like it had been beaten with a hammer. paint in the bathroom was peeling off. Even the room number was partially missing from the room door and it really didn't close properly unless you banged. Beds need replacement, but better than we expected. On the plus side, the room was clean as heck, the fridge was larger than usual and worked well, and the staff really were sweet people and very welcoming. "

"Our room was very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed either in the room or provided by the staff. Breakfast was excellent- lots of choices and very fresh. We did not use the pool or hot tub during our stay. I would definitely stay again when in Douglas. "
