"The hotel is clean and very nice. The staff is some of the most courteous and friendly that I've ever met. The only thing that could have been better for us was the bathtub/shower didn't work exactly right but wasn't necessarily bad. It just took a second to get the temperature to stay right. Other than that, the hotel is a great place to stay"
"The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. "
"Upon initial observation, I was skeptical about staying at this facility, because it was clearly an older property, and didn’t have the safety feature that I’m accustomed to. Such as, entrance into the hotel rooms or directly off the parking lot, as opposed to entering from an inside hallway.
However, after examining the room (prior to check-in!), and overall propertyarea, I decided it was OK to stay. Because, the room was extremely clean, clearly newly renovated - with contemporary...
"It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence.
I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed.
It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine.
There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar."
