Location, close to the beach. Great service and food at the hotel area. Close to restaurants and shopping center.

The staff was very friendly, the beach was awesome, the pool was very nice and the room and complex were very clean. The price was a bit steep but certainly in line with the rest of the area. I suppose it’s to be expected when traveling at peak season.

The property was very clean and the staff was super friendly. There are two pools and a restaurant next door as well as a pretty cool rooftop bar. There is construction going on around the entrance, but it will be done in time. I really enjoyed my stay.

I would recommend this property as was very nice and clean. Walking distance to many places. The best part it's right on the beach.

Amazing experience

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. Clean and comfortable! The hotel staff was friendly and provided a pack and play crib for our infant son free of charge.

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

Staff made us feel very special, pools were amazing, parking was very convenient, spa was phenomenal!

We had a great time, the building looks brand new and our micro efficiency was all we needed for a quick 3 day stay. We spent our days at the pool which has great patio furniture and huge umbrellas. We had a great experience . We saw Manatee in the canal right off the deck. Room was great and spacious. It was quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

It appeared clean. Some of the furnishings needed upgrading. Pieces of furniture looked well worn. The front desk ladies were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was very appetizing. The air system was loud. Pillows terrible. But again, I felt safe and welcomed

Marina at the front desk was AMAZING, she guided us to the best room for our stay, and recommend a fishing charter that we enjoyed immensely, thanks to Capt. Norris.

Great convenient place with a fantastic pool and bar.

The hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere. When it was raining, we were offered a free car service to a local restaurant. The free breakfast was great! The only drawback is the small, extremely shallow pool.

Close to the beach

We loved the easy laid back environment! It’s was great to only be a short walk to the beach as well! We also found the surrounding area full of fun things to do especially Frankie’s pizza! We’ll definitely be back soon!
