"We really enjoyed our stay at The Splendor and would stay again. The hotel is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. It's also a short walk to the botanical gardens. Our room was very clean. It's an older hotel so a bit shabby in places. Scuff marks on the walls for example. Also the beds are very hard, but I was told this is typical in that area. We were there during the May Dragon Boat Festival. We were given a table at breakfast, then we all got up to get foods. When we return to our designated table, there were other people sitting at our table. The staff was very apologetic and got us a different table quickly, so all is well.
