They sent wonderful notes ahead of our stay, called us to check in and prepared the barn by setting the table, welcome drinks, stocking the fridge with essentials and leaving treats for us in the bedrooms. "We had a lovely stay at Lavender cottage, the location is ideal for Shenington Kart track. The pastries, milk, butter and orange juice were very much appreciated. The alpacas are cute and can be seen from the bedroom and garden, the hot tub was amazing!"

"Just returned from this excellent property. Communication with the owner was virtually by return. On arrival the property was immaculately clean and the beds and sofas extremely comfortable. The owner knocked the door on the first evening to check all was ok and we mentioned we could do with serving spoons and he returned with some moments later! What service! Absolutely could not fault any aspect of our weekend away. You will not be disappointed. We would definitely book again. Just a note the pub (only 100 yds away) no longer serves food but is very welcoming. "
