"When I asked room cleaner lady to have a bottle of water while she was cleaning another room’s bathroom with dirty wet gloves, she used same wet dirty gloves hand to gave a bottle of water to me, it was disgusted. So I went think this needs to be trained well"

"Loved the hotel. Lovely hotel on the seaport wharf. Plenty of restaurants in the area, helpful staff, clean and very nicely decorated. Very walkable city. Walked to Boston Tea party museum. and the freedom trail. Train station is close by. Cruise terminal close by. High end shopping close and all walkable! Can walk to Paul Revere's house and the North Church. Food and bar area very nice and the food was great. Staff very professional and friendly."

"- Great service, including very fast check-in - Clean room with modern bathroom. Quite small for a family of 5 but was sufficient for our purpose - Very comfy beds - Very nice breakfast restaurant and food, including good options for kids - Pretty good gym for a hotel, including modern equipment - Pool surprisingly good compared to other hotels, kids loved it - Very helpful concierge - Good location - close enough for good access to everywhere, but not in prime location where price would be a lot higher"
