"Amazing property! The staff were so kind. I lost my glasses off of the balcony and the next day staff searched to find them for me! The onsen on the balcony was so wonderful! A very spacious room with nice amenities. Great view of lake Biwa. Would highly recommend!"

"Booked this as an anniversary present and it was a great place to stay. The venue is beautiful with different areas to eat dinner and a buffet for breakfast. Different Onsen's to use if you don't have one in your room. We had 1 in our room which was big enough to fit 2 people and had a view and slightly open so you got a wonderful breeze. A bus can also take you to and from the venue and the near station (leaving at scheduled times). Only issue was that you need to make sure that either on your...

"we liked this hotel and we are planning to go back pros: onsen, location, and great view cons: some areas required better care or be renewed and you need to pay to use the pool. If you like to drive a bike I believe is a nice place to do it, that actually what I want to do on my next stay, just I believe the food is a bit overpriced compared with other hotels that I have stayed in Japan"

"Vessel Inns really growing on me. Rooms are usually bigger than most standard Japanese biz hotels with free 'proper' coffee in the lobby an added bonus. Breakfast at the downstairs bakery also good."
