"The hotel itself is in a good location and staff friendly and helpful but the aircon is broken constantly and when asked (as many other guests did too) the reply from staff was that it’s just temporarily broken down. However they did reply later to other guest suggesting it will be likely repaired in September) yeah when the weather cools down. "The hotel wasn't large, but it was very charming, offering a lovely English country villa experience. It was a very nice hotel, and the food in the restaurant was quite delicious. It would have been perfect if it had air conditioning."
