"The room is extremely small! Very depressing. The bathroom is pathetically small. The shower and sink share the same faucet! The toilet is placed tightly next to the wall that you can only sit diagonally! Absolutely no space to put anything in the room. Suitcases tucked under the bed. If you have a 3rd suitcase, you are screwed! Checkout is at 10:00 am while all other hotels are at 11 or noon. Extended time for a fee. If you are leaving early before breakfast time, they don't offer breakfast togo boxes though we had already paid breakfast. The buffet breakfast was nice and offered a good variety. The pool area is nice and clean."

"They had all the amenities you could need if you didn't pack something or forgot to pack something - thoothbrush, toothpaste, hair brush, face wash, etc. The room itself was really comfortable and they provided pajamas and slippers! The breakfast buffet was great and the same area turned into a delicious dinner restaurant at night. I highly recommend this place and will be staying again. Also there's a 7-11 in the basement open 24hrs, which was a godsend."

"Was a bit disappointed in the booking, booked for 3, when we arrived stayed rooms were only for two, although I could book online for 3, had to book another room, although charging me for 3 the first time still had to pay full price for the second room and no reduction for the first room. "The pool access is a paid service and it was not in booking details. The hotel room was cleaned every 3 days which I do appreciate although the rooms can be bigger for the pricing we were paying for. On days when room cleaning service is not performed you still get clean towels. Laundry access only have 6 washers and dryers and honestly it was pretty expensive as they weren’t huge washers. Staff were friendly and they offer luggage storage before check in and after but one thing I didn’t like was when they charged for making domestic phone calls and did not write that explicitly. The staff can be more engaging and help with bookings during our stay as we wanted to book oil massages and made us call ourselves even though there was a language barrier. The other hotels we stay at performed these practices in which we believe are actions of above and beyond. "

"Small cramped rooms with step up bathroom. A real budget option that is not value for money. Good location but full of cheap tour groups with over an hours wait to check in. We cancelled our 5 night booking after one night and paid a penalty. Definitely not suitable for a family or persons with mobility issues which is not detailed anywhere on the site and is not considered a reason to cancel without penalty."

Cons • Fixed Climate Control: During my stay in cold weather, the building was set to heating only with no central AC. Because the temperature isn't adjustable, the room became quite hot and stuffy. While opening the window helped cool things down, it did let in street noise. • Traditional Key System: The hotel uses physical keys rather than access cards. Guests are required to return the key to the front desk every time they leave the building, even for a quick trip to a convenience store. Overall Verdict This is a solid choice for travelers who prioritize a fantastic location and great service. However, if you are looking for a sleek, modern hotel with high-tech amenities and individual climate control, this might not be the best fit for you."

"This was the Prime Location!!! A complete mall below the hotel with underground connection to Ikebukuro station. Only a ten minute walk to the train station that has access to all the major parts of Tokyo. We could not have been happier. The room was nice and our view from the 33rd floor was gorgeous. Good shower and tub. Provided our pajamas and fresh linens daily. Even a family mart right next to the elevator. We ate the best ramen of our entire trip only 200m away from the hotel. "
