"Clean and very comfortable room with comfortable beds. The hotel was well located 15 minute walk to the city centre. Breakfast was really good, lots of variety hot and cold choices. Well worth £14 to add on. Staff were friendly, although I overheard a female staff member from reception talk to a male colleague very very abruptly as if telling him off, when we were in the seated area by reception. I was taken aback as she didn’t seem to bother that she was talking loudly and treating him badly in front of others. It made me sad for the staff member on the receiving end, but we still had a good stay. "

"Clean and spacious room, very clean, staff lovely and very helpful, very comfortable bed I had a great sleep. If you come from a country with good quality food then Don't eat here- Breakfast was very poor I couldn't eat it! But then coming from Australia I find it very hard to get fresh, quality food in England! I would stay again overall a good offering."

"Always a good stay. Staff very friendly, food really tasty and great selection at the bar. Plenty of choices for breakfast and evening meals, for adults and children alike. Check in first around the back, then park in the multistorey at Cabot Circus. Easy! Price included in room cost. Hotel was busy (Easter hols) but quiet inside room. Air con quite noisy but not an issue. White noise... Traffic noise can take time to get used to if you're not from a city, but it drops off quite soon after 11pm, we found. Very happy to stay here and will do again. Central, accessible and felt well looked after."
