"We absolutely loved staying here. Brian greeted us and made us feel right at home. Everything was beautiful decorated, the bed were amazing, bathrooms stunning, and a kitchen any chef would love. The outdoor was so peaceful and had all sorts of outdoor games that everyone enjoyed. Evening were perfect sitting out on the decks and simply enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Absolutely awful. Stayed 6 days. Rooms were supposed to be cleaned every three days with fresh linens. On day 4 I inquired and was told to go get my own if I wanted clean ones. No trash bags. Tub didn't drain. People smoking weed in hallways and stairwell. Those living there run the place. Someone renovating a food truck was quite content running a metal sander from sun up to 8 or 9pm outside my window. I'm trying my best to repress my stay here so I won't go on. "Excellent staff but with hockey season there is a lot of children who not only take over the entire pool but the hot tub also. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and the parents were in there just drinking while the children ran rampant. During these times this hotel really needs a pool supervisor just to monitor that area and keep it clean and safe. "
