"The location is great I’d think no other hotels with such a reasonable price could compete with Tobu Hotel. One other surprise is there is a symphony hall next to the hotel. Music lovers will enjoy it as well."

"Clean room but pillows were terrible. Too soft and they provided no head or neck support. Their covers weren’t clean. The complimentary shuttle service to Narita airport and Narita city were excellent. Will recommend the hotel "

"Staff was wonderful and I hate to leave a bad review simply because of that. But my room had a disgusting, mildew smell - like the guest before me had left their wet moldy gym clothes in there. I asked the staff to check it out, but the only solution they had was to crack a window, which then had to quickly be closed due to safety concerns. So the next 5 days I had to deal with this mildew smell each time I walked into my room. It was awful. I’d never stay here again, simply because the room smelled unclean. Again, the staff was incredible, but the smell of my room unbearable. "

"The rooms aren’t for 2 travellers.. there isn’t sufficient space to stand and put the luggage for someone who is travelling here for a week. we were two of us and we have just struggled to sleep on the bed and the rooms are very hot too for summers."

The rooms are spotless clean it's not a big room, but it's enough for two people to be comfortable, but the most important thing is is it clean and is clean that the staff was absolutely amazing the location right on point because I like a little bit of nightlife, you know so I'm coming back next year and I'm coming back next year to that location. I've been in Europe and stayed in rooms smaller than that and the staff not as helpful at all if anybody tells you APA don't go there don't listen go there. Have a wonderful amazing time."

"Everything about this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent customer service, they were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel taken care of throughout my entire stay. The food was incredible. I highly recommend including the breakfast option because it was delicious and such a great way to start the day. Dinner was just as amazing, with high-quality dishes that exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the onsen experience—it was so relaxing and beautifully maintained. All of the amenities were top-tier, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience."
