"Location could not be better but the first night the front desk lacked skills and empathy when my room had a dangerous broken window (which as aolder woman alone) that opened onto a parking lot at night! She charged me $50 to have a safe room. I reported her and the hotel made it right the next day"

"Im very please for choosing Real Alma Hotel ! Its not too big not to small, great location! 5 blocks from the Zocalo or the Jardin, we got the balcony rooms , (just keep it in mind it’s downtown so it might get noisy during the day, but no worries you will be busy seeing the city or the other nearby places) We had breakfast included it was very good as well! I’m so happy of my experience that I’m planning to go back as soon as possible!"

"Es un hotel antiguo pero bonito, no me gustó que mi esposo necesitaba hielo para colocar en la rodilla por inflamación y le querían cobrar, al final se lo dieron sin costo. El a/a de nuestro dormitorio se arruinó solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos movieron a otra. Me gustó lo seguro del hotel nos quedó perfecto para continuar nuestra ruta."
