Amazing 1 Br/1 Ba Condo at Casa Mar

Casa Mar is located on the Oceanside of Midnight Pass rd. Our condo is about 100 yards to the beach. If you love to walk or run along the beach in the morning, suntan on soft, white sand in the afternoon, and watch spectacular sunsets over the beach horizon in the evenings - this is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. Casa Mar is located in the middle (widest section) of Crescent Beach providing plenty of uncrowded and private space. This 1 story, 1 bedroom/1 bath condominium (unit # 61) has been remodeled/updated and has new appliances and furniture. It is beautifully decorated with art purchased from local artists. There is a designated parking spot in front of the condo. The master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed (electric adjustable), dresser and separate TV. The living room has (2) leather recliners, a queen sofa couch (with a new foam mattress) and a smart TV. The eat in kitchen boosts a banquette and is well equipped for those that like to cook. Plus, there are 3 outdoor gas grills in the courtyard. The glassed/screened courtyard room has a love seat and chair. It is the perfect place for enjoying your morning coffee while looking out at the palm lined courtyard. We recently built a patio which provides a great place to enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset paint the evening sky orange and pink. We like to vacation in comfort and have worked hard to keep this condo in excellent condition with high end furniture and decor.

The resort offers (2) heated pools, shuffle board courts, and gas grill/picnic areas in the courtyard between the condo's. The resort also has a tennis court with PickleBall Court Lines, a community room for large gatherings and two laundry rooms. Casa Mar is a safe family-friendly resort with private walkway access through the courtyard to the beach and private parking spots for each condo. The Beach has (2) covered Lanai's, and lounge chairs for the guests use - all at no charge.
We hope you will decide to rent unit # 61 and have such a wonderful time you'll want to come back year after year.

We stayed a week in March, 2026. The condo is exactly as described. We enjoyed our time there and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from this owner again. Tammy was super responsive and answered all our questions. Pros: 1- private beach just steps away with lounge chairs available.2- king bed is super soft, comfortable, and adjustable.3- all furniture is comfortable for reading or watching tv.4- ample towels that are super soft. 5- every person we encountered was friendly and kind. 6- overall, the resort is quiet, day and night, mostly retirees hanging out for the season. Saw very few, if any, kids. 7- two pools were beautiful and always empty. Cons-1- it’s a condo- you share walls with neighbors and if they are loud, you will hear them. If they leave to go golfing at 7 AM and yell to each other and bang the doors, you will hear them.2- the sofa bed is comfortable with only a couple noticeable springs. It’s quite noisy when you move though (the person using it was a small adult). Would not recommend for two people. Would not recommend for large adult. 3- you can’t see the ocean from the condo. If you want to wake up, throw open the curtains, and watch the water, this is not the place for you. (We knew this and it was not a deal-breaker for us).4- it’s very dark at night around the resort. We arrived at night and it took a few minutes to find the unit and make our way inside. Hurray for phone flashlights!

The condo is beautiful. The location is exactly what we wanted. Amenities were all very nice. Wish the washer/dryer were in the condo but it was nice they are commercial grade.

Beautiful property with direct access to the beach. Nicely appointed rooms, beautiful kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable bed and really good water pressure! We will definitely be back again.

The beach was very white and peaceful but it was little walk to beach; chairs on beach but you have to carry them to waterfront so a little hard w toddler (needed helper) The condo was well equipped and a great location to many great restaurants. Great spot to watch sunset.

Condo met our needs. Great location for nightlife and wonderful beach access. We didn’t take advantage of the heated pools, but they were very clean. Just wish we had beach chairs to take with us to other beach areas. We had to buy chairs and since we had to travel back home, couldn’t bring them with us so we donated them because our friends that have a place in Sarasota didn’t need them.

The apartment is spectacular.The location with direct access to the beach is wonderful.It's very well equipped with amenities beyond expectations.The kitchen is very complete, the bedroom is comfortable with an electric bed, and the living room has two Berger beds that make it very comfortable for watching movies.Everything is exactly as described.It's a magnificent place to come as a couple to enjoy a few days of rest.I didn't have contact with Tami, the host, because everything worked out so well.Thanks you very muchGuillermo and Olivia

Great Beach Vacation

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with private beach access and being basically on the middle of the key it was easy to navigate to restaurants using the free Trolley or just driving. There was a small issue with the room being cleaned prior to arrival but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The pools on site were always empty, we didn’t end up using them because we were at the beach so much but seemed very clean and well taken care of, if we stayed longer I’m sure we would’ve used them!Overall a great stay and would definitely come back

Perfect location

The property was a touch small but not bad at all for a couple. The owner was very responsive when we lost track of the gate code and when we had another question during the week. The Siesta beach is really just 100 yards away so the location trumps any other petty little concern you could have.

Slice of Heaven on Crescent Beach

Great one bedroom condo, with ample space and newly renovated! Our stay was wonderful but too short! Our daughter was staying about a mile a way with friends for Spring break and we were the perfect distance away to not feel like we were on spring break! Beautiful, quiet private beach, but close enough to the action for restaurants, shopping etc. Would love to visit again!

Great location!

The pool was wonderful! Super clean & warm. Close to everything & beach access is nice. Security gate keeps strangers out. There are repairs going on in many condos after hurricane damage. Would love to visit again sometime.

Considering the scope of the hurricane damage we were amazed how well the property has been restored. The unit we were in was lovely and very clean and comfortable ! Even though there is a lot of renovation going on the property it was still very quiet and we had no issues at all! We would definitely rent there again!
