"I don’t even know where to start. The house was so comfortable and made you feel at home with all the amenities it offered. Having access to beach chairs, a wagon, boogie boards, coolers, umbrellas, you didn’t have to pack much. You feel so safe being in the gated community and everyone is so kind and helpful. Deb and Issac were always available and want to make sure everything is right for their guests. We caught so many fish and saw so much wildlife, my son even caught a 5 ft bull shark off the old bridge. You can rent shark polls from the Jolly Roger and they even came and picked it up the next morning. The pool was a huge hit, the kids were in it morning and night, and the trail to the beach is so fun, loved being able to just walk down anytime we wanted. We can’t wait to go back, it’s our new favorite vacation spot. "

"Exceptional well stocked home. Excellent pans and cutlery. Well stocked cabinets (salt & pepper, coffee filters, etc) Great porches with on all three floors. This house provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.Nice location near Sikes Cut."

"My biggest complaint was the initial communication and cleanliness. Communication is that this property is managed by a real estate company who list it on VRBO but doesn't use VRBO for any of its initial communication. They sent an email with the details that sadly went into my spam folder. It was sorted after we got there but would be nice to get a follow up VRBO message or a reach out the day before telling to look for this. I dislike the third-party listing as it seems misrepresented with VRBO's policy. The second issue was when we arrived the place didn't seem like it had been clean sufficiently. There was a note from a prior guest thanking the owners and the place seemed like it needed a good thorough cleaning. Curtains were stained, the toilet had some hair leftover in it, and the floor/bathrooms where suspiciously mold looking. Our checkin and the cleanliness was what tanked the review. The place was amazing and was overall pleased with the surrounding area. "

"The property is ideally located; just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet. The home is very clean and well furnished. The pool was heated to perfection. We had a few minor snags and the property manager was excellent. They took care of any issues in a prompt and friendly manner. We will definitely stay with them again! "
