"My family and I like this resort, we come back often. I remember there were empty bottle provided for me to refill waters. Somehow this time not provided anymore. And the Laksa from the Buffet is not there anymore, my daughter likes it a lot, so its sad that she can not have it during our stay this time. Hope it can come back! 😁"

"The staffs were very nice & helpful. We had issues with Grab ‘s driver when we reserved the SuV to pick us up. The staff called the other drivers for us & made us feel better to arrive at the airport on time. We recommend to stay at this hotel."

"I didn’t like the temperature of my airconditioned room.. thrice I asked front desk to fix and make it at 20 degrees but it stayed on 22-24.. I woke up every night coz I was feeling warm .. other than that, staff were all helpful"

"Overall it is a beautiful hotel. We had issues with the TV in the bedroom that we had to have technicians come back twice to try and fix over the span of about 4 hours. That was quite frustrating. Water in the shower was lukewarm. The was also maintenance being done in the room next door all door which was quite loud. The staff were wonderful and food was great. Perhaps if they had of switched our room it would have been a more pleasant stay."
