"Had a couple issue but quickly sorted out they changed our room we spoke with Hassan he sorted the problem out very quickly would say again the rooms were clean "

"The hotel is beautiful,it looks freshly decorated and clean.room was clean and had all we needed, exceptional for the price.location is perfect for pier,pubs,eating or shopping. Our new favourite place to stay. On street free parking is a blessing. Will be back again."

"Positive first. Staff were accommodating and polite. Negatives: No remote for the bedroom tv. Cleanliness was poor. No place to stay for a family. More of a place to get your head down. Very loud at night which I know can’t be helped. No hand or body towel for in the bathroom. Freezing cold in the room. You have to turn on a radiator which takes a while to heat up. We stopped for one night and & it was £145. Double bed and single bed. Below average. Quite poor. It is a shame as with a bit of tlc it could be a lot better. Location is good. "

"Everything about tthis accommodation was perfect the owners were very welcoming and so friendly will definitely go back rooms were very clean and spacious cleaned each day we was there 😀 very happy with it ."

"The lamp didn’t work, no towels, random top in the cupboard, most channels had “no signal” on the tv, very hot in the room, no fan, old equipment (hair dryer sort of equipment) the inside of the kettle was dirty, bed had more springs then mattress, bathroom wasn’t great, a bit grimy, and you can hear into nearly every room near you, the car parking was easy "

"Hotel had double booked and was unable to supply.the room that had been paid for. Hotels.com were impossible to contact by phone. Live chat took over 90 minute without redolving. Hotels.com then rung me from America twice at 01.30 am"

"English breakfast and cereals. Could do with fresh fruit and pastries. Chair was very old in room and bathroom was super tight. Parking was free and good but amenities need improvement "

"Pet friendly Staff were polite and helpful Unfortunately no heating in our room but other rooms had heating ( this is being sorted) Managed to get parking for all of my stay Everything you need is walking distance from hotel "
