"The spa was booked the whole time of our visit is what we were told. So, we didn't get that opportunity. The pool was well kept, a little chilly to sit outside, though. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there."

The room isn’t super exciting, small bathroom and not much space around the room. The double room was the perfect size for one guest, but would accommodate 2 with no problems. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. "The staff were great, no fault to them at all… but the hotel and area surrounding were extremely drab. There is absolutely no vibe or energy at this hotel, the room has no decor, the shower was falling apart. Breakfast was gross. The neighborhood is pretty much the opposite of what you think Crete would be like… pretty much everything about the place was tired and sad. We regrettably booked 19 nights and spent about 14 of them at other hotels in way better areas. "
